ME SureQuote™ provides instant estimates for professional exterior maintenance services including:

• •Lawn mowing and maintenance
• •Winter services including snow removal

4. Estimate Accuracy and Final Pricing

You will be notified of any pricing adjustments before work commences, and you have the right to accept or decline the revised estimate.

5. Service Scheduling and Availability

Service scheduling is subject to:

• •Weather conditions and seasonal availability
• •Technician availability and scheduling capacity
• •Property accessibility and safety requirements
• •Completion of any required permits or approvals

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use ME SureQuote™ and to book services with Meadows Exteriors LLC. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

7. Service Area

Meadows Exteriors LLC provides services within the New River Valley region of Virginia and surrounding areas. Service availability outside of our standard coverage area is subject to scheduling feasibility and may incur additional travel fees. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our service area.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

• •Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
• •We accept payments through Stripe, PayPal, cash, and check. Online payments are processed securely by these third-party payment processors and Meadows Exteriors LLC does not store your payment card information
• •Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts
• •Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days of service completion

9. Cancellation Policy

Services may be cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency weather-related cancellations will not incur fees.

10. Liability and Insurance

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing property conditions or damage caused by factors beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, Meadows Exteriors LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of ME SureQuote™ or the performance of services, regardless of the theory of liability.

In no event shall the total liability of Meadows Exteriors LLC exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

ME SureQuote™ and all estimates generated through it are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Virginia law, Meadows Exteriors LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that estimates will be error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Meadows Exteriors LLC, its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of ME SureQuote™; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your provision of inaccurate property information or failure to disclose known hazards; or (d) any third-party claim related to your use of our services.

13. Property Access and Safety

By scheduling services, you agree to:

• •Provide safe and reasonable access to work areas
• •Remove or secure personal property that may interfere with services
• •Inform us of any known hazards or special conditions
• •Ensure pets are secured during service visits

14. Intellectual Property

ME SureQuote™ and all related trademarks, logos, and content are the property of Meadows Exteriors LLC. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.

15. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided by Meadows Exteriors LLC, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue binding arbitration administered in accordance with Virginia law, or file a claim in the appropriate state or federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

16. Force Majeure

Meadows Exteriors LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, government actions or orders, utility failures, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or acts of terrorism. In such events, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event, and we will make reasonable efforts to resume services as soon as practicable.

18. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page and, where practicable, by notifying you via email or through the ME SureQuote™ application. Changes will be effective thirty (30) days after posting unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must discontinue use of our services.
